CQX1500 vacuum cold mount device is designed for making quality cold mount without gas bulbs, especially for mounting precion IC and small electronic sample.

CQX1500 comes with vacuum pump and glass vacuum tighten jar.  Operation procedures are as the follows:

• Place sample  with cold mount mould into the vacuum jar, and target injection tube to the mould ( cold injection tube switch )
• Start vacuum pump to allow all gas to come out the jar,
• Insert injection tube to cold mount liquid bottle
• Target the inject tube to sample to mount, and open switch on the tube
• Then, cold mount liquid will flow into the mould inside vacuum jar
• Close switch when mounting is full
• You will get a gas bulb free precision cold mount sample

MP300 automatic mounting press is used to encapsulate samples for metallographic preparation. One mounts can be produced at one time using the mold spacer at 22 mm diameter. The one cycle time is up to 30 minutes.
